Project Rescue

This is the most common service we provide. Here is a typical scenario: your team is on their first Struts project (or .Net, or Hibernate or J2EE, or JSF, etc.).  Things start to go awry with performance, complexity, code reuse problems, project schedules, etc. The project seems like it is in a rut. Your team is spinning their wheels.  And, you want someone who has worked on similar projects, and had a lot of success to come in and help reign in the project.

Project Kick off

This is more for companies that are forward thinking and risk averse. The idea behind this service is we evaluate your team and project at the start of the project. We use our vast experience with the technologies like Struts, Hibernate, J2EE, etc. to help you define the architecture of your system. While we are co-developing the architecture and planning for the project, we can evaluate your team.

We setup training and mentoring program tailored to your team’s skill level and experience. Depending on your needs and time-to-market constraints, we can help outsource parts of your project while still keeping your team in the loop.

This is similar to project rescue. The difference is by doing the assessment and project planning with your team at the start of the project, you can head off a lot of problems before you loose money on them. This is a much more economical and risk averse than waiting till you are in  need of project rescue.

Mentoring

You need someone on your team “who has been there and done that”. We have vast experience with J2EE, Struts, .Net and more. We are also very keen in setting up the proper development environment which includes continuous integration and unit testing.
